01 Approach
Every treatment starts with the right question.
-
Assessment first
In the first visit, where the pain comes from, which movements provoke it and what eases it are worked out together with the patient. Treatment does not begin until the cause is understood.
-
Hands-on treatment, in measured doses
Manual therapy and mobilisation techniques are used. The aim is a lasting result in as few sessions as possible; sessions that are not needed are not recommended.
-
Treatment does not end at the clinic
Every patient leaves with exercises and day-to-day advice prepared for their own condition. What is being done, and why, is explained plainly, because lasting recovery depends on it.
